WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT IS ACCEPTED?

Mencia Meix accepts two types of secure payment: credit or debit card through our PayPal payment platform or via a PayPal account.

ARE REFUNDS ACCEPTED?

Mencía Meix does not allow the return of personalized or monogrammed handbags.

The return of non-personalized handbags can be made within a limited period of 15 days from the receipt of the order, by following the steps below:

1. Send a message to info@Mencíameix.com requesting a return.

2. We will pick up the bag the next day.

3. As soon as we receive the handbag, we will refund you.

4. The cost of return is 5.38€ resulting from the shipping charge.

HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

The handbags of Mencía Meix are handcrafted specifically for each client. For this reason, deliveries are made within approximately 10 days. A message will be sent the day before the order is shipped.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping costs in Spain (Peninsula) are free of charge.

The shipping costs for the rest of the world will be indicated in the billing process.

IS THERE AN ADDED COST FOR MONOGRAMMING?

One of the distinctive signs of our handbags is that they can be personalized with the initials of each client. This option appears in the checkout process.

Monogramming is free of charge.
